1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 9ph28 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 9ph28 website located at https://9ph28.net, including all subpages, features, games, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 9ph28 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where such verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 9ph28 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9ph28 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 9ph28 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 9ph28 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. 9ph28 reserves the right to treat all transactions made through your account as valid and binding, unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to such transactions occurring.

9ph28 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or close any account where it reasonably suspects:

• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment methods or false identity documents.
• Collusion with other players or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Use of software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.

Account balances in suspended or closed accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines. Where fraud or Terms violations are confirmed, 9ph28 reserves the right to forfeit all balances without compensation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 9ph28 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 9ph28 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All payment information is provided for informational purposes only; 9ph28 does not process payments directly through this website.

Deposits are subject to the following general conditions:

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 9ph28 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer timelines may vary.

Withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There are no fees charged by 9ph28 on any withdrawal method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 9ph28 account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• 9ph28 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution.

9ph28 does not accept or process payments via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit card for gambling deposits, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

9ph28 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 9ph28 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9ph28, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9ph28 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall 9ph28's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9ph28 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination

9ph28 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or business decisions.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure of your account for any reason:

• Any pending bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 9ph28.
• Your right to access the Platform will cease immediately.
• 9ph28 will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and regulatory obligations.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 9ph28 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

14. Amendments to These Terms

9ph28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
